Eco Mat and Pillow Instructions

1. Unroll the mat and place it on the floor or solid surface.
2. Wearing only a light fabric shirt or covering lie with the mat evenly covering your back.
3. Remain on the mat for 10 minutes the first time and then on successive days build up to 20 minutes per day.
4. For more severe conditions the mat can be used for up to an hour per day.
5. The mat can also be used under the feet, under the head or on the stomach for specific conditions.
   
6. The velcro on the mat can also be use to wrap it around limb to assist areas like the knee
7. For sterility, the mat can be sprayed between uses with the White Lotus cleaner if required.
